Next Tourbillon is incoming soon and I can't wait to see that delivery arriving with my name on!įantastic to deal with and great deals on micro brand and major brand watches either through subscription or the store, also offer concierge service to find a deal on the watch of your dreams and Anthony and Alex always able to help with your questions Well this used to be a great company but since major change during the middle of 2021 it has all gone to pot with very slow delivery poor customer service and quality of watches is not what is once was when I started with them a year ago if you are outside USA AVOID In response to your comment my last order was placed 3rd July 2021 and didn’t receive it until 20th September 2021. That was my introduction and I've not.looked back having bought some additional value bundles from Deep Blue to Ocean Crawler, I've been very pleased with the accessories bundled with many of the watches from toolkits to branded baseball caps they've all found a home. I couldn't have been happier with the end result, a total joy of a watch that exudes sheer class and simplicity with a bomb proof build and the sweetest hand winding action. I received a piece that was a total mystery but an incredible watch from Mühle that was perfectly judged to my tastes after a personal conversation with one of the owners who wanted to know what I like. I took the plunge at the deepest end available at the time with a Tourbillon tier after being sold that these guys could and should be trusted. I watched what early adopters received with some minor cynicism but more than that I watched the interaction direct with customers, the quality of product and service that was being provided. TPM owners were there making deals and offering free advice for some time before starting the business and were considered to be reputable which was a good start. This was caution on my part but also interest to see if a service could even be provided that gave quality microbrands from reputable manufacturers, general low volume but more widely recognised makers and something just a little better generally in terms of customer satisfaction. I waited some while after being burned by the original WG to see what was happening in the watch community, who could be trusted to do what I wanted. I don't mean in terms of cold hard cash but in terms of understanding what their customers want, how knowledgeable they are and what they desire in terms of a value proposition. This is where TPM really show their value. The market leader has saturated the public consciousness and become synonymous with what they provide to the extent that their blitz marketing approach often catches out many customers. In terms of Watches this is even more the case. In terms of Mystery Subscription services there are many in the market place that offer much but provide little. That kind of service speaks for itself! In closing, all I can say is try it and judge for yourself… I was a huge skeptic in the beginning, but it’s been a much better experience than I expected, and I’m not easy to please. TPM may not be for everyone, and there’s been a few unforeseen snags (like shipping delays due to global supply issues), but Alex has always been transparent, accessible, and more than generous with the perks when an issue has arisen. But the biggest benefit has been the community! I’ve made a bunch of new friends, connected with several of the partner brands, and become genuine friends with Alex Fleck, TPM’s owner and chief watch nerd. On the few rare occasions that I did get something I already owned, or didn’t mesh with, I was easily able to sell/trade it to recoup my investment. I’m a seasoned collector, and I’m extremely picky, so the concierge service and Freedom plans have been a really nice option as well… I get all of the member benefits, access to flash sales, etc, but I’m free to buy pieces with less mystery or risk that I’ll get something I already own. Gruppo Gamma TPM LE, MV Quadrilobato, etc.). In fact, the watches I’ve received and/or purchased (20+) have far exceeded my expectations, and some were pieces that I couldn’t find anywhere else (i.e. I’ve been a member of TPM since the first days of alpha/beta testing, and my experience has been 100% positive.
